Just what I wanted to keep myself on track with how much I eat. its easy to put on a pound but this should help me keep my bearings on size because Im slende petite but do not want to put on pounds! I read about these online!

This shaker comes without a shaker ball. I thought they all had one,but this one doesnt. The colored containers are not the exact same size as the 21 day fix. They seem to be smaller. I also didn't receive the ebook like it says that it comes with. I wish I had received a book and helpful information in with the products that I bought.

These are just like the 21 Day fix challenge portion control containers. I already had one set and my wife wanted more as they are used daily and we are both tired of washing them all the time. They seal air tight and are really nice to have if you are portioning your food. The quality is really good and they are thick walled containers that are dishwasher safe. This also comes with a little "protein shake" bottle. This is a pretty standard bottle with a top and not very special. Most protein shake bottles come with a little wire ball to help mix up the shake. I received this item at a discount for my honest review.

I have always really liked food. I'm a big eater and I am terrible with portion control. After I started using these I noticed just how much I am actually eating and it has really made me think about my food choices.I have used these for almost a week and they have really helped me stick to my diet.One of the main reason I picked these over other brands is because I liked that they came with a shaker cup. I like drinking protein shakes if I'm in a rush and don't have time for lunch or for a quick snack. I have been keeping the shaker cup next to my protein powder so if I am feeling hungry I have that instead of junk food.I have been allowing myself to have some chocolate every day because I need something yummy to stay on a diet. Instead of eating a whole chocolate bar I have been filling the small container with dark chocolate chips and eating them throughout the day. First, I will tell you why this set lost a star even though it is a pretty good kit. The containers aren't water tight, they leak around the gap on the corner that you use to unsnap the lid. Also, I tested the capacity of each cup to ensure that they matched the 21 day fix containers. I found that the red cup is a little smaller than it should be at only 2/3 cup instead of 3/4. The containers all nest and I don't think the red container would fit inside the purple container if it were any bigger so that is probably the reason.All the other containers are true to size:Green (Vegetables): 1 cupPurple (Fruits): 1 cupRed (Protein): 2/3 cup (should be 3/4 cup)Yellow (Carbs): 1/2 cupBlue (Fats): 1/3 cupOrange (Seeds/Dressings): 2 tbspI like the containers, they are solid plastic that is thick enough to hold up over time. The lids seal well, although not water tight. It can be a bit difficult to get the lid off if you don't have a nail to wedge between the corner space on the container and the lid. The colors are true and bright. The bottle is a standard mixer bottle with a pop cap lid and no mixer ball.
