Q: I cannot read back of bottle. Does it state that it is harmful to animals?

Q: My tomatoes have Septoria leaf spot. How long until you notice a difference? Do you have to reapply after every rain even if it hasn't been 7 days?

This product should be applied every 7-10 days or following a rain until the leaf spot is no longer noticed.

Q: Does this product contain neem oil?

I think it's sulfur. I used neem oil for natural insect control. It is a very different type of product. I've never heard of it being used a fungacide.
