They Fit and Work!!!
My very old Grill was almost taken to the curb last month as it was performing horrible. Decided to instead replace all the inside pieces (The stainless exterior looks fine) so grates, bricks and burners were ordered ( Replacing Grill - $450, new parts- $70) . These slipped in no problem, Old ones where rusted and gas holes blocked etc... It was no wonder why I was getting such uneven cookspace. These went right in and fitment perfect. I adjusted the flame with the screw adjuster. Now the grill heats up Real Quick, Much Hotter and much more consistent heat. I just based it off size of the burners as my unit is that old. Yes these are the type that came with the unit (Cast Iron) and will eventually rust out I guess, but this has been sitting outside for 16 years uncovered so if I get even half that out of these I am happy.

cheaper than a new grill
Husband wanted a expensive grill to replace out old Kirkland. Sorry man, you got new burners...grill works great now. Should last quite a while more.

direct fit
These were a direct fit..very easy to install..feel heavy duty just be sure to burn grill for quite a while to burn off any residue and smell on the burners..produce a nice consistent flame, have not tried the adjustments yet as seem to burn nicely as is..

Although not a perfect fit, they work
Although not a perfect fit, these replacement Burners work on my 25 year-old Costco model Charbroil Grill. This is the second time I've refurbished this all stainless, 3 burner plus one Grill that I added the option for Natural Gas from Costco. I've also replace the heat deflectors /tents(2nd time) , burner support rail (once) and grill grates (once). The cost of refurbishing this quality grill, less than $100 total, is peanuts compared with purchasing new, ESPECIALLY one with a natural gas option. Well worth the cost of the new burners.Photo #1 Replacement burner installedPhoto #2 Replacement heat tentPhoto #3 Interior after refurbishing and grilling a could of steaks and chopsPhoro #4 Exterior of 25 year-old Charbroil/Costco grill - a GREAT RETURN ON INVESTMENT!!!

One of the best Amazon purchases of all time. Totally surprised how good.
If you want the full story you can read below. If you want the punchline... these burner replacements are fabulous and would buy again in a sec but likely won't have to because they seem much more durable than previous replacements that lasted 7 years or more.If you want my long winded story why I am so fond of these burners... keep reading. This purchase has more impact for me because of my strange affection for my cheap gas grill. I have the very common 3 burner Thermos branded model with left side external stove stop burner. Almost identical model available from Charbroil and LITERALLY 10 or more other companies just carrying different branding badge. It usually retails between $349 - $499 and commonly available for $299 or even $249 at end of season.Mine was purchased at Target in 2000. It was brand new Target with very aggressive clearance strategy. They must have over stocked the Thermos grills because they went on clearance and did not sell through. Within a few weeks it kept dropping until it was $49. I bought 5 and put in my garage eventually giving 4 of them to friends. For first 5 years we all raved about the best grill for the money in the history of the world. At 5 years 3 of the 5 were force retired. At 7-8 years my friend and I found replacement burners and heat shields online at a grill parts outlet. Was very difficult to find for whatever reason and the original burners (along with grates and sheilds) were basically disintegrating. The replacements did not fit perfect but a little creative engineering and it worked good... but not as good as original. At 12 years my grill was now alone in the world and considering a DNR or at least Hospice but I was able to clean and fix to get another 4-5 years. But over past year or so it has been clear the end was near... or so I thought.Early 2019 I took apart grill and burners did not remove... they crumbled. Not even sure how they were working at all but explined why one corner has dangerous large flame and rest of grill was not really getting flames. So did couple quick searches for new grill and saw replacement burners in search results. About 30 minutes of getting excited for a new grill I realized I was not ready to breakup.Found these burners and similar heat shields for 25% of cost compared to ones I bought many years earlier. The upgraded stainless steel grates were like new after run through oven cleaning cycle and the burner and shields showed up next day.I took everything out and core frame was still solid. After cleaning there was life left and so I went to install burners. DAMN! Slid into place and peg on back fit right into the worn but solid metal rail across back. (Previous burners did not line up and I had to "engineer" them to stay in place.) I put the cotter pins in, shields on, replaced grates and took minute to enjoy how great it looked and prepare for possibility the end was here and it was not going to work. Can't describe the joy of hearing the woosh of gas igniting along the middle burner like it once did 15+ years ago. Previous replacement burners had flames but uneven and hard to light. Turned on the other 2 and they too lit with a nice whoosh and now 3 burners with clear even sized flames all along both sides. It was a glorious day and a truly memorable moment. Why am I so excited about my $49 Target grill getting the Steve Austin Bionic Man treatment? Who cares... my grill is back baby!So much meat so little time. So much improved over last burners open up so many new options. Maybe I can move out of my house and live on the patio next to my grill :)If you have one of the grills listed as compatable... buy these and don't look back and I hope you get some of the same joy from your fine grilled cuisine as I do with my Fred Sanford Franken-grill which I now I plan to try and keep as long as I can.No lie... I considered buying 1 or 2 more sets just in case they were not available in the future but that is crazy and I kinda like the idea of the ones I current have lasting forever.
