As per the picture and some comments I think the bag is very good quality but it’s normal.

Very poorly finished, with defective stitching everywhere.
The bag’s design is good but very poorly made; there is defective stitching all over the bag. Very disappointing product. Also, the Big is small and can only fit a 13inch laptop.

Good quality but lacks the basic thing
The bag is of good quality and a lot of storage compartments. But it doesn't have a proper laptop pocket. The laptop is simply put in a dedicated compartment wherein it wobbles and bounces as you walk.

Well made, compact travel pack for a 15" laptop with limited space for additional items. It's probably not best suited for you if you're look to carry your gym kit - but will easily hold your lunch and water bottle. It's comfortable when worn as a rucksake with padded adjustable straps.
