Can this be used after the mufflers to cut the drone of two glass pack mufflers

Cut my drone right off, I had flow master 40 series on a nissan titan. Very effective drone killer. And yes welds after the muffler.

Would it fit on a 2003 monte carlo

Check under you car and measure to see if there's room for you to install it because I tried to put it on a Sentra and it wouldn't fit but they're universal as long as you have the room where you want to have it installed. Has a nice deep tone
