Its comfortable and I feel it straightens my back to stand tall, I do stick to the times per day and hopefully it will help to ease my back ache when standing on long periods of time

I'm 195 cm 127Kgs I can get into it. I can feel the "brace' pulling on me to sit up straight and improve my posture, as other reviewers have stated it "cuts" around the arm pits, for me that is because its doing its job. Not sure how long I can wear it, certainly not all day (maybe I will get there) At the moment not so sure about lower back support and Lower back pain. But the velcro belt gets around my big tummy. I wear the brace over a long sleeve t-shirt I'm able to pull everything lower. All in all its worth a go

Bought 2 different sizes as wasn’t sure what to get. Has helped with my back pain and being adjustable it fits perfectly and not too tight. Great quality too.

I have suffered with bad posture for years, this product is amazing I wear it for 3/4 hours every day the improvement is superb, I thoroughly recommend this product.

Absolutely pointless. Bought in the smallest size but it does nothing to correct posture. The waist is the only part that can be tightened and even on the tightest possible fit, it doesn't effect my shoulders or back in the slightest. The straps that go over the shoulders are made of elastic, so even if I was to shorten them, they would simply stretch once the item is worn. On top of that the shoulder straps were slack when I was wearing it. So even if they had been fabric and not elastic, they would have done nothing. No idea what the designer was thinking. If I could give zero stars I would have, total waste of money

Doesnt work for taller people, im 6'2 and it was wraping around bottom of my ribcage rather than waste so it was uncomfortable to tighten it therefore i couldnt get it to force posture into a right position, I would say 5'8 would be the max height this was made for. I ordered size L (that was largest at the time). Save your time and look for something else. Build quality seemed fine.

Man the price is crazy and it actually works. What mind blowing is the real metal rod in the brace instead of a fake one. This is a must buy trust me.

I have a short torso, so unfortunately this was too long. Kept poking my butt. Not too comfortable but I’m sure it works well for normal shaped people.

I didn’t find this very useful. It didn’t make my posture any better. It’s not bulky and it’s easily adjustable but I was hoping it would help me a little more than it did.
