How do I get a replacement for the battery under Flipbelt's one-year warranty? My lasted 1.5 hours when new and now 5 minutes after less than one year

It sounds like yours was bad to begin with. Mine lasts several hours. Have you tried contacting FlipBelt's customer service? If you go to their website there is contact info for returns.

Is the battery replaceable?

The light is made in China. I have only used it a few times but I believe it is well made. I use it for running in the dark and it has worked well for that purpose.
