Honeywell TH1110E1000 E1 Pro Non-Programmable Thermostat (1H/1C)

Super easy install, huge upgrade from my old dial type thermostat. Can see the temperature from across the room. crisp clear display,and it even has a nice neon green lit background when needed. Flawless. Extremely happy with purchase. Price was right.

It does one thing only and does it perfectly. It sets the temperature in your house. There are no schedules to get accidentally set that need the owners manual to cancel. It won’t override your temperature setting, none of the complexities that take over if someone pushes the wrong button. Life is good and you can see the temperature on the larger display. If you have the correct wires from your furnace it can be used without batteries. The only downside is that it costs more for some reason for this most basic unit than the much fancier one with all the scheduling nonsense. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just what the doctor ordered. I had an old round Honeywell thermostat that was driving me crazy. Not only was it difficult to read the temperature settings but it also did a terrible job keeping the heat and air conditioning at the set temp (probably because it used an old mercury switch). I bit the bullet and bought this model because it was supposed to be a direct replacement for the settings and wiring of the old one, plus it has a large simple readout. It installed like a breeze and holds the set temp extremely well. I couldn’t be more pleased with it.

I bought this because my old thermostat broke, it was a simple fix and easy to install, so far no problems have to wait till winter when I start using the heater again.

Works great and I’m relived to remove the google nest which never worked right thanks to Xfinity internet ( sarcasm).

Simplistic use, uncomplicated to use & easy install,

I ordered three different thermostats to try, and this one had the least amount of fine tuning adjustments available. There was virtually none. It's nice to be able to adjust your temperature display if you find the room temperature and the thermostat differ. It's actually fairly common for thermometers on thermostats to be off. The other really nice feature is to be able to control your temperature differential. This has no adjustment whatsoever for that. If you find your house gets too hot and then too cold between cycles better quality thermostats will allow you to adjust this differential. I especially like this feature for smaller spaces like RV's. About the only thing that's really nice about this thermostat is the large display. Other than that I found the temperature differential to be too wide or great, and it was 1 degrees off from accurate temperature based on a very accurate thermometer I own. I decided just to return this one. I really think there's better options on the market , and for less money as well. Here is a link to at least one that Amazon sells that I think is a better option.
