Great to have on hand
I keep a jar of this ginger garlic paste in my refrigerator. It's handy for throwing together various Asian meals quickly, and as a bonus, it's gluten free. I go through a couple of jars per year. Liven up your sauces, stir fry, and marinades with no peeling, chopping or grating needed. Sure it's not the same as fresh, but then again... it's always ready to go when you need it.

Great product, strong and flavorful!
Amazing product, I could smell the garlic and ginger through the packaging! I use it to marinate meat for the bbq and pair with teriyaki sauce. My family loves my bbq even more now that I have this paste!

Great flavor in a jar.
Love this product. Easy to just scoop out what you need. Fragrant and delicious. The jar was safety sealed, which made me very happy. I will be buying it again!

The best Ginger Garlic Paste
I love chicken curries of all types along with white rice—Japanese, Chinese, Mongolian, Lebanese, Indian; you name it! The only one I’ve learned to make at home is the Indian curry from one of Rani's short videos on Amazon, found on their Rani Curry Powder Mild product page. Here’s how I make it:- Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.- Add 1 large chopped white onion and sauté for 5 minutes.- Stir in 2 teaspoons of Rani Ginger-Garlic Paste and sauté for another minute.- Add 13.5 fl oz of tomato puree and salt to taste.- Mix in 1 to 1.5 tablespoon of Rani Curry Powder Mild.- Cook for 7-8 minutes, until the oil separates.- Add chopped carrots, green beans, and any other desired vegetables.- Gently mix and cook for an additional 2 minutes.- Add coconut milk and chicken pieces as desired.- Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring slowly once or twice.Note: I’ve left out the Rani Garam Masala because I find it too strong for my taste. For a vegetarian version, simply omit the chicken. To save time, I always buy cut up mixed vegetables in a bag. If I’m in a hurry, I also get the chopped onions in a bag.

Dark and stringy, not a golden paste.
The packaging was great but unfortunately the contents of the jar were dark and stringy, not at all what I expected a product described as garlic paste to be. Really not sure if this was typical but the pictures showed a light golden product and this was definitely not that. I probably should have ordered a smaller amount because this was essentially not edible.

Tastes great and has always arrived intact
I've ordered this 3 times and each time it has arrived carefully wrapped in GOBS of bubble wrap which has ensured its safe transport. Tastes great and arrives intact. Highly recommend
