EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Umbrella was perfect except it faded from black to grey almost immediately due to the hot CA sun. It was immediately replaced! Love this company!

This is a nice huge umbrella. I love it even though it doesn’t tilt like it does in the online photos. It’s still a great product. Especially in black.

I just got the umbrella and love it so far. Delivery was a day late for the PRIME promise. Packaging was great. It's totally all I need for my small balcony. I've attached it very securely with plastic zip ties to the railings. It opens great and easy, tilts great and easy. The top section removes easy for intermittent storage if so wished. Light weight. I would of like to see a tie on it I use a small bungy cord for it - works great. I live on a huge body of water on the top floor of a of a complex. This umbrella has totally passed the gale force winds test....twice!!! Rain water repels great off of it. Great for the money and I do recommend it. My neighbour bought the exact same in blue so this umbrella has passed both tests!! Great buy! Thanks!!
