I was building a cantilevered shelf on a rolling workbench that used to be a bathroom vanity that I was going to place my compact table saw on so it has a place to sit and use comfortably. I used to keep it on a shelf and take it out and use it on the floor of my garage when needed. I keep my power tools in my third bay and try to keep it as neat as possible finding a place to keep all the equipment. On the other side of the bench was going to be a table top extension that could be dropped down when not needed. My intent was to hook it up to a standard 2.5 wet vac hose. This fits my hose on an old rigid 12 gal / 5hp wet vac.I drilled a hole and dropped this into it and sealed it with some silicone caulk which I had laying around. This set up really takes care of saw dust from the table saw when in use. Not every single particle is sucked up but very close and is certainly not the products fault.Piece is sturdy plastic and should outlast me.

Just what I needed for dust collection on a home made router fence. My shop vac host fits snugly, won't fall out. Does the job perfectly. I was a little worried about breaking the mounting holes at first, but just don't crank down on the screws and it's fine.

Product is as advertised and the angle makes it easier to attach my dust hose. the slotted mounting holes makes it very adaptable to various manufactures dust ports. I plan to buy more.
