Cute colors.. Great stretching tool for pre-workout, light-weight, easy to store in my drawer or a small box in the closet or under the bed. They're thick and durable, good quality, and 4'9" is good length, so it has nice stretch or resistance. The hand grip is good and comfy too. I'm satisfied.

Good quality and various resistance

J'utilise ces bandes pour des exercices de physiothérapie à force modérée. Les 3 niveaux de résistance sont convenables pour mon usage, j'utilise la plus faible et la moyenne résistance pour l'instant. J'avais acheté d'un autre vendeur sur Amazon mais elles étaient trop difficiles, je ne fais pas de musculation de type Hercule, juste des exercices de physiothérapie, et celles-ci vont très bien pour faire travailler mes muscles. Les bandes sont durables, je les utilise depuis 3 mois et pas de signe de dégradation.

Good stretch

Find it to be very useful. It is useful to exercise my leg to improve my glutes . Material is stretchable, no issues when handling it. Highly recommended for home use and good for self exercise.

The the length of the bend is a perfect size for most of the body types, and what I most like about this product is the width of the band which is wide enough to comfortably hold around your hand or feet. This texture of the product is soft. And you can choose from the type of strength you want between three options, giving you the maximum flexibility of the length with strength of the demand you need as per your requirement. and the material odour fade after a few days of use. Some clothing material May form static with the end especially nylon. Otherwise, this is a must have pack for your home gym and small enough to carry along.
