Nature'S Way - Fenu-Thyme 450 Mg. 100 Vegetarian Capsules

I take 2 every day to help me with chronic sinus pain. I know how effective they are because I ran out for a couple of days and had that horrible sinus pain and could barely move my head. As soon as I started taking them again, the pain went away. I have them delivered on subscribe and save.

Don't know why exactly, but I sing better when I have a few of these a day. Cheap and work well.

I got these when I was going through a stomach virus to try to calm the digestive system. They did help with the digestive system, but an unexpected side effect was that it lowered my blood pressure (which is not a good thing for me.) For most people, they could even use this as a blood pressure remedy with the side benefit of it keeping your digestion smooth and healthy. For the few of us that fight with low blood pressure, I wouldn't recommend it, but for the rest of you health (or high blood pressure) individuals, it works great at calming the stomach and helping it return to normal.

I ordered this for my breathing problems as they say thyme will help.I havent noticed any change, but it isnt any worse.Doesnt leave a bad taste or cause any problems.I will keep taking it.It cant hurt,natural and healthy.
