🎥 Elevate Your Shots, Anywhere!
The Benro 75mm Hi-Hat is a versatile video production tool that allows for unique camera placement and comes in a portable package. This aluminum leg/magnesium bowl hi-hat can be placed low to the ground, on stairs or even secured to a wooden board. The small footprint allows the hi-hat to be used in tight spaces and on smaller surface areas. Each leg can be independently positioned at one of the three locks located on the outside of the bowl. In addition, each leg features oversized rubber twist locks and is telescoping for adjusting the height. When you combine these two features, you can easily set up the hi-hat for use on uneven terrain and even stairs. The 75mm version will accept a 75mm video head and includes a 3/8"-16 low profile tie down adapter forgetting low to the ground shots. You can add a 75mm half-ball adapter (BL75) to mount any standard 3/8"-16 flat base video head or photo head. The large rubber feet are attached to a metal ball joint for quick positioning, which can be removed for attaching the included metal spiked feet. The feet also have pre-drilled holes for securing to wooden octagon boards when using on top of apple boxes or securing the board to the top of a ladder. There are three accessory mounts on the outside of the bowl come in handy for attaching monitor arms. Each 3/8"-16 male to ¼"-20 female insert can be used to convert any standard ¼"-20 screw to 3/8"-16 in addition to being removed for attaching 3/8"-16 accessories. Transporting the hi-hat is easy with the included carrying case.Get an extended warranty and other great benefits when you purchase this product and join Benro's Super User Group! To learn more about this program and to sign up for Benro's Super User Group please download the User Guide and Specification Sheet

Rock solid !
Ok, I had seen this in a picture before but never in person but it’s what I wanted for my bench rest air gun. It’s pricy but totally worth it.It does not come with the 100mm half ball, but it does come with the low profile screw for attaching it.I also added a 55mm ball head and it works amazing. So secure and the added weight to the front of my gun helps improve accuracy. So happy I got this.I do wish the bag was slightly larger though because if you attach a ball head it won’t fit in the carrying case.

Sturdy tripod for tabletop use
Very sturdy tabletop tripod that blows all other cheaply made tripods away. Great for tabletop camera work.

Great quality, solid and super small
This is exactly what I needed. a very small tripod to get very low angles. It is really well made and seems like it will last "forever". The legs are adjustable both in angle and length and lockable. Once locked they will be rock solid. It comes with different feet to adjust to different grounds. It comes in a nice bad to protect it.This tripod works well with the Sachtler aktiv heads. It's the perfect combination.

I'm a stills photographer with only a little video experience
So I bought this hi-hat to use as a desktop tripod for various quick videos and for mounting my mirrorless camera to use as a webcam for zoom teleconference meetings. Yes, I spent $200 to use my R5 as a webcam, but it presents a very professional image when I am zooming or video conferencing. I was using a Joby gorillapod at first, but this tripod is much better, Solid, easy to set-up and I never have to worry about it once it is set correctly. The extra feet were in the side pocket of the bag. I was missing the shoulder strap for the bag, but I don't really need that. The bag is big enough for the tripod and the 75mm Benro half-ball adapter which is great. No need to dissasemble to put it into the bag. I even used my gitzo 75mm adapter with this benro tripod. All in all, one of those pieces that you buy and never needing to buy again because it works the first time out and everytime.

Sturdy.
Works great supporting my edelkrone slider, with head plus.

No regrets. Just one minor irritation.
This is really a great tool. My only complaint is that you can't get a good enough grip on the tightening grip under the ball (also be ready to by the 75mm ball separate... yay) to effectively stabilize the weight of the slider I use. This results in the head slipping in it's base at the ball becoming grossly unleveled. I changed out the grip (it came with the Benro S8 head), raised the legs on the Hi-Hat a little... and it seems to work just fine. But yeah, it's a very solid tripod. And for the price... it's great. Just don't put too much weight off center. It's just not going to like it.

if you find these on sale, buy one. they are NEVER on sale, because they don't have to be. they are worth full price.
I've only seen these on sale ONCE. so I bought it on the spot. for 200 bucks, this is easily the best 100mm bowl high hat out there. handles my C200 and Red Weapon with no problem whatsoever... I put an arri on it just for giggles, and it didn't even blink. nice little high hat.usually, smaller means chincy, low quality. Benro makes good stuff... and this one is no exception. its heavy duty enough for mid range cameras fully rigged.

Great Tripod. Deceptive Description.
I got this tripod because I wanted a solid, low-profile base for my 360-degree photography setup. Right out of the box, it's extremely solid and you can definitely tell that it's a quality product that will last for a very long time. The only reason for the low review is the fact that the images and the description in the listing are deceptive. The images in the listing clearly show domed non-slip articulating rubber feet with a flat base. The written description even goes to state that:"The large rubber feet are attached to a metal ball joint for quick positioning, which can be removed for attaching the included metal spiked feet. The feet also have pre-drilled holes for securing to wooden octagon boards when using on top of apple boxes or securing the board to the top of a ladder."One of the main draws of the tripod for me was this feature because it gives added grip and stability. However, my tripod did not have these feet. They just came with plain old nubs. I've attached photos. So now I need to go find some non-slip feet separately, but a quick search seems to indicate that Benro does not sell these feet separately which puts me in the weird position of having to look at a potential third-party option. No matter how good the product is, I cannot condone a blatant lie about it in the images or description-especially if that lie might be a deciding factor for someone. Just to be clear, you will definitely get a very solid tripod. Just don't expect to get the non-slip feet that you see in the photograph or that is described in the description.
