Nature's Plus Ultra Isoflavone 100 (60 Vegetarian Tablets)

I am going through perimenopause and I was having horrible night sweats. This supplement has helped me tremendously and I highly recommend it!

I've been using this product for many years now thru pre-menopause & thru change of life. I still use it for hormone help over 60. A wonderful alternative to using pharmaceuticals. It is part of my daily supplements.

I have been using this product for about 3 months and have progressively gotten more relief of hot flashes (HF). I waited to post a review because this type of product has to build up in your system to be more effective, however as opposed to other supplements that I've tried, it started to work after a few weeks. I'm taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening before bed.Even though it's not giving me 100% relief yet, it is SO much better than before when my body turned into an oven from inside out when I least expected and round the clock. If the HF ever lessen to the point of being barely noticeable, maybe I'll cut down to 2 tabs in the evening (btw, they're horse pills).I got the best results with PM from Ainterol but it made me bleed heavily after 6 months so this is the best alternative for me so far. I think the combination of isoflavones and puerarin works better for me as opposed to isoflavones alone.The price here is also reasonable and seller ships real quick which is a plus.
