We have had this unit installed more than 2 months ago. We use it consistently. I guess, that for the price, we were expecting a unit which was better built. We find that the following things are annoying. (1) The temperature control is very sensitive. A little bit of a turn makes a very big difference in temperature. (2) The control knob labels are impossible to read when you are using the shower unit. They are even difficult to read with the shower off. (3) The thermometer is in Fahrenheit. We use Celsius in Canada. I can't contact anyone who can help me with that. (4) The handheld wand is plastic. Ours already has a mark on it which will not come off. It is very flimsy. The control switch is very difficult to move. (5) The manual is very minimal and difficult to read. (6) Worst of all.... I have had zero success in contacting anyone who I can deal with regarding any problems.

I wanted to upgrade our standard shower head and hot/cold control with a shower panel after visiting a hotel with a shower similar to this. First off, after it's complete... it is amazing!!! It is hard to comment on a universal install because everyone has a different situation. It wasn't exactly easy to install, but it wasn't hard. From the photo, you can see we have a tile shower. I had to cut off the old hot/cold regulator (in the small tiled opening!) be careful not to lose the pipe in the wall, that was a challenge to get back. Then I got some shark bite fittings from a local hardware store and extended the pex pipe to come out of the wall a little bit since there is plenty of storage space in the panel itself. Sadly, this was the easy part! Next, I had to figure out how to mount the panel. It isn't heavy, maybe 15lbs.. so I first thought of trying to use the 4 mounts glued with double sided adhesive. It held for about 4 hours then fell down.. not a good idea. So I decided I ultimately have to drill holes in the tile, which is a daunting task. I'm no pro - so after about 2 hours, I had 2 holes drilled! I'm sure there was something I did wrong, I had used a diamond tipped carbide bit but apparently that's still not the key to getting it done quicker. Long story short, I got 2 holes done and that was enough... I screwed 2 mounts into the wall at the top and used double sided adhesive for the bottom ones to keep it from moving. It has been up for about a week and no issues at all! I found that our plumber originally placed flow restrictions so that explained why our old shower head had such low pressure. Once I installed this unit, the pressure is great and we can easily run 2 options at once. I imagine that you need a large water heater to take a decent shower if you opt out of any restrictions. We have a 75 gallon gas heater and havent had issues. When it is all said and done, it is amazing and elegant! I'm very happy with the purchase!

Remodeled my bathroom and needed a new shower head. I kept looking at this and putting it in the cart and taking it out then finally I went, I'm going to try it. When my bathroom was finally done and I took my first shower I was amazed. Water pressure is good and the comfortability to be able to adjust your temperature was amazing along with all the other features that it has to offer. I never knew I need it this many options for a shower but it's amazing how each one has its purpose and the blue water is just beautiful if you take a shower at night with no lights on...TMI anyways worth every penny I found many other ones that were up to $400 and this one was a good price and good quality.

After installing the unit today I am very impressed with the quality and function of this shower panel. The control knobs are very nice and have a click when selecting your settings. Installation was simple. Being a contractor I have all the tools but what I used was two shark bite 1/2 couplers into a 1 foot piece of pex 1/2 plastic water line and connected shark bite 1/2 to 1/2 male adapters into the water lines on the unit. Attaching to the wall was simple with a masonary drill bit and hammer drill. Whole process took less than an hour including a trip to Lowe’s for the right connectors. The only issue I have is my house has to much water pressure and I will have to install a pressure control valve on the lines to get rid of the humming noise the unit makes. The unit on top is open like other reviews said but I cannot see water getting in unless you use the handheld sprayer and shoot it up there. What I plan on doing is siliconing the edges to the tile wall to stop the unit from sliding on the brackets. It would be nice if they included two more brackets so no sliding would be possible. The led lights didn’t work at first but after playing with the connections in the battery boxes they started to work Besides that it’s a great unit so far, and it keeps working I will be recommending them to my customers.

I usually don’t write product reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience since using this shower tower. I bought this shower in December and just got the tile installed and shower tower hooked up. My plumber wasn’t happy when he First saw it but soon figured out what lines and fittings were needed. Since we didn’t need the tub fill spicket we disconnected it and ran an additional hand shower on the adjacent wall so one can sit down to hand shower. My wife uses it to wash the tile and floor down when she cleans. The shower is fantastic!!!!! Since my Wife and I are medium height we installed the bottom of the tower 18 inches from the floor which is perfect for the overhead shower and the power jets. We have 50 lb of pump pressure which will run the shower and pressure jets at the same time. The blue led lights are really neat which makes the water blue, Grand kids love it. We really like the temperature thermostat which can be left at the same setting so when you turn it on each time it automatically comes to the right temperature. The only thing I would like changed is the thermostat which is in centigrade-instead of Fahrenheit. We just have to remember it should be 38 C. We love the power jets which is like a steam sauna. I would highly recommend this shower tower and guests are amazed with the modern and brushed nickel finish which doesn’t show water spots! The only problem is once you start your shower you won’t want it to end!!!!!
