HugeHard Video WiFi Wireless Monitor Camera

I bought this as a Nany Cam for my loved one with alzheimer's to make sure that she is receiving the care she deserves. Works better then I expected clear picture and sound. Theh only way someone can tell you are checking is if you look around and the camera moves.

It's a piece of crap. Don't waste your money on it.

Enlisted help from my tech saavy son-in-law after I was unable to get the unit to work. After he spent an hour connecting the unit, we were testing for motion and the app would crash. I watched the video and appears this guy got a good camera and I got a lemon.

I was disappointed to find out that, although this unit provides wireless interface with your phone and computer - it is not wireless. It requires a hard wired ethernet connection to your modem or ethernet hub.So - even though it is small and compact, and can go anywhere in your home or office - you still need an ugly blue or yellow wire running all over the place.I really have no use for it.

This camera is not hard to set up, the instructions are included (in multiple languages) and you will just need to follow them to get the camera connected to your network and manage the features that are available. This provides high quality video, day or night. It is only meant for indoors, so don't try to place it outdoors where it would be exposed to moisture. The camera can be tilted/directed to focus where you desire, and it has motion and sound detection features as well as 2-way audio (there is a 3.5mm audio port included). This offers a lot of value for what it costs. If you have a baby I would recommend using this with a wired network rather than wireless due to health risks associated with exposure to wireless electromagnetic frequencies. I was provided a free sample of this camera to try out for my honest, unbiased review.

I have a question. I love this unit but in the middle of the night it started talking and basically welcomed me and thanked me for connecting...only problem was I was already connected. Could someone outside my home have connected to it?
