Since I bought it I have never remove it from its cartoon because it's of no use to me i needed electric scooter not constructed iron it's useless to me

Can I get a replacement of the scooter or fix the broken item. Thank you

Bought it for my 10yo kid, he’s happy with it. However few design flaws are there: 1) the handles mount weakly on the structure and are shaky which don’t give a stable rising experience. 2) disc brakes were practically useless, I had to tweak it with trial and error to get it to work - don’t expect it to work out of the box. The secondary brake from rear wheel works fine though. 3) the folding mechanism is not straight forward, for me it’s stuck and doesn’t close and I don’t dare mess with it as i may end up breaking or freeing up the nut/bolt by applying force. Apart from that the scooter is fine. Even I gave it a go, it’s comfortable enough. Handle height is adjustable.

The product came on time as mentioned. Very easy to unpack. The product is of good quality . Has all the features as mentioned including the disc brakes. My child loved it. Thank you!

very risky and it can throw you on any bump because of the speed. I am writing this so anyone planning to buy it knows what to expect
