Quick, quiet, resists jamming, easy to empty
We’ve been using ours for several months, mainly to deal with the personal effects of a serious “hoarder”. It is small enough to be stored easily and transported to where it is needed, but big enough to shred several loads of paper quickly. The feeder means you can load it and get on with something else while it does the shredding, then empty it, then run it again. I’ve used a similar one from a different manufacturer where the blades became badly clogged, but this one doesn’t suffer from that at all. When it eventually stops to avoid overheating, it’s best to leave it a while to fully cool down. Otherwise the gaps between stops seem to get progressively shorter. We use oil sachets to keep it lubricated, and they seem to clear out any remaining scraps of paper in the cutters. To empty it, you lift the entire shredder off the bin. Some reviews say it is heavy to lift, but we’ve found putting it on a kitchen worktop means it is just the right hight to make it easy to lift the shredder off the bin. Very pleased with it.

Have to have passion's
It takes a long time to reset after each load and is very noisy it is not easy to empty the bin, as the top is heavy and not easy to refit

It’s east to use.
Takes individual and small 3/4 sheets into the top. Up to quite a few pages in the feeder. Great for destroying all that incriminating evidence with just enough time to play cool before the feds eventually bust through the front door. Very good product! Would recommend.

DON'T buy it!
I purchased what I thought was a decent paper shredder, but I wish I hadn't bothered. It is a very poor design and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I can honestly say, I wouldn't even buy it at half the cost. Feeding the paper through the top is fine, but putting a stack of paper inside is a challenge in itself. If the paper has been removed from an A5 envelope it will have a crease in the middle and if you load the paper with the crease going down, the machine eats too much and the paper jams. The basket needs emptying far too frequently and not because it is full. It is less than half full but the shredded paper has gathered directly under the paper cutters, like a mountain. The basket itself is not just a pull out drawer, it is positioned underneath the main unit which needs lifting off everytime to empty and is extremely bulky and heavy. The paper sticks to the underside of the cutters and when lifted up goes everywhere.

Great for shredding but very heavy when emptying
The good: Great shredder overall, does exactly what it's meant to do and the autofeeder works brilliantly and it's not too noisy. The bad: On purchasing, I thought that there was a pull out drawer containing the shredded material that would make it easy to remove the material. I was wrong! Instead, to empty the shredder, you have to lift the very heavy shredding motor entirely off the collection bucket. This thing is really heavy. Also, the shredded material tends to pile up inside the bucket, directly under the motor so that, often, the motor detects the ever growing pile and stops shredding because the basket is "full", when in fact it is only one-third full. Again, this means lifting the heavy shredding motor and gears off the bucket, to redistribute the shredded paper so the shredder will work again. The ugly Despite being great at shredding, the weight of the shredding gear is a safety risk when lifting and you have to lift it too often to be worth the hassle. It would be such a simple fix if the receiving bucket was a pull out drawer. It seems like lazy, cost-saving design... Edited for typos

Great shredder
Excellent. Bit of an effort to empty the bin but works well. Doesn’t seem to get jammed. Like the automatic feeder.

Pile the paper in and let it shred.
This thing just wants to eat paper. You have 2 functions - standard feed from top which will accommodate smaller amounts - or - lift the lid and place piles of paper inside then let the shredder do the rest automatically. Be aware this shredder sits on its own bin so once it’s full you lift the whole shredding unit off to gain access to the waste paper - there is no drawer that slides in and out. That is the only tricky aspect . The bin is spacious.

Not Worth The Price
This is for the 45 sheet model, can't speak for the other versions. I'm very disappointed with this shreder, specially when you consider the price. The auto feed constantly jams so you can't leave it alone / have to monitor it. Also, the way the shredded paper falls, creates a tower of paper setting off the "full bin" sensor, this easily happens after maybe 20 - 30 sheets. The main shredded head is heavy and cumbersome, which wouldn't be an issue, but because to "full bin" sensor, you'll be lifting the head up to either level out the shredded paper to take advantage of the full bin capacity or empty the bin. Overall, for this price, maybe there are better options. And maybe these issues would not happen in the bigger capacity models but I can't speak to that.
