No the seeds will not go through the bottom holes

Can you use it for strawberries & Apples?

No. I however if you want an inexpensive solution for them thrift stores often have nice full size electric juicers overly ambitious people buy. I picked up one costing $275 on Amazon for $15 this year when I ended up with a lot of apples then put it on ebay for $175 when I was done.
