No, this bag can only fit a standard DVD case.

Q: Will these work to protect an autograph on the plastic cover of a DVD?

They are sized properly, but keep in mind that they are very thin. If you’re looking for something with a little more heft to it, these are not for you. Otherwise, as a simple cover to protect? Yes. No UV filtering or anything like that though that I’m aware of.

Q: I have some dvds that just have covers and disc no case will that fit if i use a comic book board cut to fit?

Yes it will still fit if you have the cover & DVD but no case.
