I read a lot of mixed reviews on this pop socket so I tried it out first before leaving a review. I needed something that wasn't a permanent sticker because I use a wireless charger around my house and occasionally in my vehicle. But I also needed it to last as I am clumsy and drop my phone a lot and I read constantly through my kindle app on my phone so holding my phone up with my pinky was starting to hurt. I have a very beat up silicone case on my phone thats been there for the last 2 years. So by no means was the case it was attaching to pristine. It popped on no problem although I did give my case and the underside of the suction cup a good wipe with isopropyl alcohol. I left it for a few days just to see how it fared without unsuctioning and continuous use including being shoved into pockets and purses. It never came off and had a good hold. I then took it off and on for the evenings and it still went on perfectly stayed on all day no issues. I do break the seal from the side when I take it off to keep the integrity of the suction cup but otherwise this is absolutely perfect and works well. I can only assume other bad reviews had some sort of user error or cases that weren't compatible.

Edit Feb 2025 (1 Star):The suction cup plastic has gotten more rigid and flat so it can barely suction onto the phone anymore. Very easy to pop off now too by accident. So it worked for a few months and seems like it won't last much longer.-----------------------------OG review (3 Stars):Super pretty (got the glitter) and it's a very cute, small size. Overall I like it, though it could be a better product. It sticks to my iPhone (caseless) alright - on the first use, the mini didn't budge at all. BUT:After about a week it seems to slip easily when in use. If I'm holding my phone solely using the mini, the weight of the phone will slowly make the mini scoot from the middle of my phone to the top. If I use it as a stand to prop my phone on it's side, it will eventually scoot and fall off since it passed the edge of the phone.The weirdest thing I noticed is when I leave the mini off my phone for a day or two, there's some sort of liquid (oil?) that beads up in the suction cup. First time I thought maybe something else condensed on it and wiped it off. But it came back and honestly, it's a dry winter so it seems like it's coming from the mini itself. Maybe that's also what's causing it to slip.

Cute but small. Does not fit my popsocket holder. I gave it to my granddaughter and she LOVES it because it fits her fingers and looks "cool". The one thing I really liked about it was the she did not have to glue it to her phone case and if you dampen the suction cup before you apply it, it will really hold.

Was expecting this to be like a pop socket. It is not. Does not collapse, suction cup did not stick to my case and since it didn’t collapse I didn’t want to use the sticky provided to adhere it to my case. It’s also very small. It is pretty tho and just as pictured. Not for me tho.

Edit:Originally I said it wasn't super reliable because I had been using it and it came unstuck several times. Since then I haven't had it come unstuck at all (unless I was moving it myself) so I'm pretty confident that it was user error on my part. I think what was happening was I put it too far away from the edge so when I was holding my kindle, my hand was "pulling" it and unsealing the suction cup. After moving it around to a different spot I had much better results and it sat really comfortably in my hand. So I definitely recommend this for someone who frequently takes off their pop grip/pop socket on their phone/tablet/whatever. Only downside is if you don't need to use it, you have to take it completely off instead of just popping it down like a pop socket. So just depends on your needs.Original review: I got this to use on my new kindle because I previously had a popsocket and it worked great but I wanted to be able to easily move it around wherever I wanted or take it off. I'm not sure if it was just the case I was using (which was a clear plastic case, not textured) or how I was holding it in my hand when I read, but the suction cup came unstuck a couple times over the few days I've had it on. which resulted in almost hitting myself in the face with my kindle multiple times. It's weird because it seems really secure initially but when I actually sit down and read with it on it ends up unsticking, so it could just be the way it's being held or user error, Idk. It's very cute though, and I expected it to feel like a glitter texture from the pictures but it's completely smooth which I like. I may try it out on something else eventually, just didn't work for what I needed it for.

I use this for my Kindle Paperwhite and love it so much! I just stick where I feel like holding it and get to reading! It won’t stick to the Kindle itself but I have a clear plastic case on the back that it sticks to. (The only negative is that it doesn't push in to make it more flat, but that wouldn't stop me from buying another one.)

This works really well until after awhile it starts to loosen and doesn’t want to stick as well. I had to wet it sometimes and really slam it on my kindle case to stick

At first, I couldn’t get it to stick properly, and it was frustrating. You really need to make sure your phone or phone case surface is flat and clean, I wiped mine down very well with alcohol (or hey, even a wet wipe or spit in a pinch 😅). Also, wetting the suction part before applying helped a lot. Once I did that, it finally stuck well! It's super cute, and I love that I can take it off when I need to charge. If it stays put and doesn’t fall off again, I’ll definitely buy more. Giving it 4 stars for now just because of the initial struggle.
