Used this product for some of my LED projects.

Female jack retention was inadequate.
The cord seemed to be very good in construction, the wiring inside was heavy duty enough. But the retaining Springs inside the female portion grew very weak over a very short time and the Jack became loose losing connection and creating high resistance. I would not recommend this for any device where it was plugged in and unplugged more than a couple times. It Only had to carry 1 amp of current.
