This Probiotics really helped me get passed my belly bloat. I had surgery, and of course the meds that the doctors prescribe messed with my gut bacteria, and my stomach was swollen. It's strange that the medical doctors never tell their patients to take probiotics after antibiotics and other meds that cause an imbalance in the gut bacteria. My belly bloat is gone! This product was packaged to keep the strains alive until they arrive and I immediately put in the refrigerator when i got in the mail. I will buy this one again and the Garden of Life 90 billion strains. Remember, the Lactobacillus family, Bifodobacterium family, Acidolphilus family are very good for you, but get the kind that have to be refrigerated. This product is good for people who cannot eat yogurt, because of being Lactose intolerant. Yogurt bloated me really bad, make me look like I'm pregnant, which I'm not. This product plus a lifestyle change in my diet and prayer to Jesus Christ worked wonders for me! I feel wonderful again!

I have used Garden of Life probiotics for 3 years now and have had great results. The last probiotic I was on said to take up to 3 a day. I was only able to take one. When I did take 2 I became more constipated. It made me wonder if I was getting the dose on the bottle because I was only able to take one instead of the recommended 3. I'm hoping because this is only one pill a day I will feel even better. Have only taken for 2 days but I recommend all Garden of Life probiotics. I have tried many and gotten the best results from them.Update 1 week on this probiotic: I definitely notice a difference. Things are moving much faster then they did before and I have a lot of flatulence. I have constipation issues but the probiotics have relieved some of it and this dose has helped even more. I will be continuing this dose even at it's price for me it's worth it.

I love Garden of Life products and this one has not been a disappointment. I believe probiotics are super important and this one focuses on the main reason to take probiotics in the first place. It comes in a container that does not require refrigeration which makes it much more convenient. But the company also sells a version that requires refrigeration. iHerb will send it with an ice pack. The bottom line is that it makes a difference whichever version you get.

Lost a star because of refrigeration. The same product, shelf stable - no refrigeration required is recommended instead.

My shipment came quickly and was packaged with an ice pack. I was actually shocked it was shipped with an ice pack to keep it at the proper temperature range. I really appreciate this company taking the extra step to be sure the probiotics stayed within the proper temp. range. The product so far has really helped with my stomach issues. I am feeling better each day. I have only taken 4 doses and it really gets things moving for me. Which was a huge problem for me. I was completely uncomfortable all the time due to my stomach issues. This probiotic has given me hope that I am one step further to get back to my old self.i would recommend this to anyone that has used Align and interested in something that could work better.

I have taken many probiotics but recently researched which was best for my gut issues. Garden of Life Raw Probiotics was recommended. It is great! My stomach feels so much better! It is a small tablet and easy to take.

I have tried many many different brands of probiotics. And on paper this looks like the ideal candidate, but there are some serious short falls such as:• Even though there are 50B bacteria, the capsule does not have protection; if you do a quick google search you'll find out only 10% of these will survive like this.• Its questionable what the long term effects of taking digestive enzymes are.• The price per pill is rather hefty for its benefits.In my personal experience Multi-Strain PROBIOTIC (by InnovixLabs).
