Very good product. Beautifully designed and looks like it will last a long time

I initially bought a 12” blue diamond pan at my local supermarket, just to try. Upon the 1st use, I was impressed and that I decided to buy a whole set when I saw Amazon has the offer. They are amazing, eggs glide, fear of making a mess when cooking salmon, or any king of fish were history. I can make crispy fried chicken with skin side down. You don’t need much oil to heat the pan, I use low to medium heat on almost everything. I wish I had known Blue Diamond cookware sooner. Now I can make almost any recipe following YouTube and cook books. They are so easy to clean, I just use mild detergent and soft sponge. After daily use of a over a month, all of them still look like new. No more yellow stain at the bottom after cooking. I can’t say thank you enough

While I do often prefer cast-iron or Carbon Steel cookware, sometimes a good non-stick pan / pot is called for. I've owned a 12" B.D. Skillet for about 2 years now and besides 2 small scratches placed into the finish by a careless family member, it still holds up as well as when I first got it.So long as you're not gouging the surface aggressively with metal utensils, the finish should hold up and last for at least a couple years (in my experience) and that is with being used regularly. I know there are "nicer" (higher end) Ceramic cookware out there, but why pay 3 - 10x the cost for very little (if any) improvement on quality? While I got this 20-piece set on sale for $130, even at the full $199, this set is well worth the money.If you have a kid moving out, or just looking for a decent set to replace some old / damaged / aging Non-stick cookware? I highly recommend this set. If you use wooden or plastic utensils, this ceramic finish will likely hold up for MANY years.

I love Blue Diamond cookware, and I've been happy with both the baking pans and the stovetop pans. I got this on Prime Day and it was a smokin' deal even though among the pieces are some modest-sized utensils, and lids are counted. (It still came out to about $6/item, so I'm not complaining. I just think people should be aware.) I do wish that it included (and that Blue Diamond made) a 3-quart saucepan. That was the only item I wasn't able to replace out of this set.

Likes : I purchased these to replace a stainless steel set I had been using for years and burning food for years. The stainless steel set had pans as well as saucepans and a couple of bigger pots.Dislikes: I dislike the size of the saucepans compared to what I had with my stainless steel set. In my stainless seal set. I had a 1.5 and a 2.5 quart set of pans. This set is a 1.0 and 2.0 quart set of pans. So, I ended up keeping those two pans from my stainless steel set.The smallest cooking pan is good for one egg. That's about it. The next two pans are of the size that I really wanted to get. The saute pan is smaller than the 14-in pan I bought a few months ago and much More manageable when just cooking for two.I would probably buy the smaller set and fill in what I was missing with individual purchases after researching pricing .I would purchase these again or at least a different version of this set.
