I am VERY sensitive to many pills, supplements, etc. I had to start my probiotic journey on a children's chewable (dr recommended), then stepped up to an adult chewable and finally landed here with the Zebora 3-in-1. LIFE CHANGER! I have had a bowel movement every day for the first time in my adult life and my gut is feeling healthier/flatter. My gas has diminished and I will never not be without this product. I love that it comes in a packet I can travel with and does not require refrigeration. I drink a cup of coffee and water in the morning, then take this in about 4-6 oz of water and then have another coffee and more water. Empty stomach other than that. Just WOW.

When I take the 3 in 1 Probiotics I feel like I digest my food better in the evening. I notice though that I need to take 4 packets at once in order for it to be truly effective product. I think you should try and offer a higher amount of doses of each the different ingredients per packet in order to really have a strong customer continual return. While your instructions say to take one or two packets, I believe people mostly would be like me, and need more or larger doses and therefore, I think should be more each packet (larger doses) of the ingredients in order for it to be effective and cost effective as well.

Although I have not used them long enough to ascertain a difference, so far I found them to be easy to use and convenient. They dissolve quickly and it's not noticeable or taste.

I put two packs to my juice or yogurt in my empty stomach every morning. I loved it. It works my guys well. I have number 2 when I get up from bed every morning. I sometimes make twice a day if I eat a lot of fibers.

I purchased the 3-in-1 for my spouse in hopes of regulating the bowels due to medications. He was having a difficult time with constipation and was having to take stool softeners daily, which was causing bigger issues keeping the intestinal flora in balance.These probiotics are amazing and are doing the trick! The packets are so convenient, and so much better than pills. Much more potent than the pills we used to take too! Things are really moving as normal again. We have this on auto-ship. We don't ever want to be without this. So happy someone finally came up with a probiotic that is in packets that actually work. Thank you, a million times over.
