Amazing
I had to buy this as a recommendation from my optician for my dry eyes and I can tell it makes a difference. This is easy to use. It stays warm for over 15 minutes. It never gets too hot so that it feels like burning. It definitely helps with refreshing my eyes. The strap on the back makes the mask feel very comfortable on. I really recommend buying this.

Heating instructions not clear enough.
The mask is very nice, feels lovely, does its job well.BUT first of all the instructions couldn’t be much harder to read - white on beige. And the mask is supposed to be useful for an eye condition which gives blurry vision!And then the only microwave instruction is “no more than 30 seconds at 800W.” Many people don’t know their microwave’s power, and many are higher than 800W. Mine IS 800, and at 30 seconds is almost too hot, so a more powerful machine could make it seriously too hot. Of course one should test the heat first, but this does seem potentially dangerous.

Instant Relief
I absolutely love this microwavable eye mask. It is soft, hygienic and has a little storage pack.I use it twice a day for blepharitis and dry eyes. It gives me instant ease and my eye conditions are improving

Suitable for all ages.
Comfortable to wear and instantly relieves tired eyes. 30 seconds in a microwave, the eye mask stays warm for over 10 minutes, after this time, a gentle eyelid massage makes a real difference. Well worth the money.

Do need heating to long, seconds rather that minutes.
It does what it says, but you don’t need to leave it the microwave long about 30 seconds that’s all.

Good but could be better
Easy to use as it is microwaveable. Good material. However, the patch is too thick. I bought this as my optician told me I have to use warm compress + massage due to blepharitis. I could massage the eyelids while the compress is on if the patch is not too thick/heavy.

Perfect to soothing unwell eyes
I needed this for an eye condition I had. It's so nice to have them warmed to your eyes. I still use them now even though my eyes are loads better.
