Is safe for dewalt batteries 20v?

I just received this exact same product and checked it out right away and it will fit five, 4amp hour batteries for cordless tools. It fit, perfectly, three Ridgid 4amp hour batteries laying on their side in the bottom and two Porter Cable 4amp hour batteries laying on their bottom side or upright, on top. Before I travel, I will cover the terminal contacts area with something like duct tape or electrical tape which is usually required when traveling on aircraft with any lithium-ion battery. When you do the formula on the TSA website to calculate battery capacity limitations, you cannot go higher than a 4amp hour battery, per battery. In other words, you can't travel with any 5amp hour batteries. Only 4amp hour or smaller lithium-ion batteries.
