I suffer with sciatica and this although didn’t get rid of the pain has improved my range of motion and subdued the pain down to a more than manageable level. Now it’s more like a twinge than the electric shock feeling running down my leg.It’s also improved my posture and all around back health. Great for day to day stretching and recovery. It feels slightly uncomfortable at first but once you’ve done your 5 mins you literally feel like a new person. Superb.

I have always had a painful back and I have recently found out I have a slipped disk in my lower back. I have tried everything and although I am due to start physio I have been using this product in the interim. It’s a great product, my pain is definitely easing, I haven’t used it for that long but it has made a huge difference in the time I have used it. It is very easy to use, gives your back a great stretch, overall I highly recommend this product.

Assembled the stretcher and it appears to be made well enough for its intended use.Used it for 15 minutes. Found it uncomfortable initially but got used to it as time went on. I suspect that it needs to be used frequently and over a fair period of time. Found no immediate pain relief after one session.Bought it to relieve pain in the lower back area.

Used for lower back as it’s been hurting since working from home. This item provides a good stretch and moderate amount of relief.

On Christmas day, a family member was showing the rest of us this back stretcher and we all had a go! I liked the effect that it had and so I bought one for myself. It's easy to assemble and use - it has three levels and it's best to begin at the lowest. You can use it on the floor or on a chair to support your lower back. It also comes with resistance bands but my son took those!

I have mainly been using this product as a lumbar support for my desk chair, but also use it laying down a couple of times a week, and it's made a massive difference to my posture and consequently lower back pain. Since covid started I have been working at home and despite exercising most days, extended periods in my chair have taken their toll. This product has reversed that completely and I haven't experienced any pain since I started using it. I can't talk from experience of having years of issues as I bought this to nip my pains in the bud nice and early, but I imagine it will provide relief even to those with years of suffering, well worth giving it a go for the small price charged.

Ordered late one day arrived the next. Very sturdy packaging.The product was exactly as pictured and very easy to assemble. I used it straight away.To begin with it was a bit of a strange rather uncomfortable stretch, but my back soon adjusted and started to go with the stretch. The feeling was then one of easing tension and gradual stretching. After my first ten minutes I felt much looser and an inch taller. I have had to have a nerve block injection for severe pain with a herniated lower disc. The pain has gone now, but I have been left with a stiff and aching lower back. Even after this first use I felt a definite reduction in tension. I am looking forward to using it every day. Wish I had bought one years ago. I had to contact the seller to enquire about the e-book and got a reply straight away. Would recommend this product.

The info and pics prior to purchase show ability to use in various positions which is why I purchased it.VERY difficult to pull into position at 1st, ask someone to do it as hurt my back more in the process 🤦‍♀️Cannot fault it as a standard floor back stretcher, works a treat but not to be used in a chair.Also, the eBook advertised was not received until 3 days after delivery (sent VERY late 2 days) which was a shame as had to try figure out how to set up myself.Still a good product but only for the floor positioning stretch.
