Q: Can you adjust the height of the monitor arms on the pole?

Yes, the clamp on the pole is adjustable by loosening the Allen bolt and sliding it up and down. It is very difficult with the weight of the monitor(s) on the arms. I've never had to adjust the height since I set mine up. Take a look at the pictures of the SD12. The 4th picture shows the joint on the pole.

Q: Can i mount 1 29" inch ultra wide and 2 24" curved monitors with this mount?

I was able to mount 3 29" ultra wides no problem. I would imagine what you want to do would work.

Q: How wide is the bracket that holds the mount to the desk?

Q: is it good for gaming

I have the dual arm version of this for my home desktop. Has this improved my gaming experience? Not necessarily. I do love the monitor stand, though. Very solid construction, and it holds my monitors rock steady. Adjusting them is very easy, and it holds the monitors firmly in place. I guess that one beneficial quality would be that I can position my monitors in such a way that I can recline better in my chair and have a better viewing angle. Hope that helps!
