Keeps cloth pads in place!
Bought these at a local fabric store before I saw them cheaper online. I simply remove one side and place in the center of the panties, then peel off the other side. Holds with no issue, even if I change my pad.I always remove the tape dot before laundering, so I’m not sure if it would come off during the cycle, but I would be worried about a sticky residue.

Less Adhesive than strips
I live by the regular Hollywood Tape strips and thought I'd try the small dots. Unfortunately the dots are not nearly as strong as the strips. They are OK for light applications, but if you want a secure hold, trim the regular sized strips to fit your needs.

Baby hearing aids retainer
I use these to help hold the hearing aids on our 13 month old baby. Hold them behind her ears with out being to big or sticky.
