TidloWooden Farm Tractor and Trailer with Hay, Figure Not Included

I bought this tractor for my 3 year old as we had bought him the matching farm for Christmas. He loves the tractor and has no complaints. My only complaint however, is that the item indicates it comes with the farmer. The item description states "Down on the farm you will find the happy Farmer and his shiny red tractor...". Later on the description refers to "the family (sold separately)" , but this character isn't in the family. In fairness, the 'in the box' section says the box contains the tractor and trailer. But I think the description is still a little misleading.

The picture of the product shows a farmer driving the tractor. The written description talks about the farmer driving the tractor. It also talks about animals and notes that animals are not included with the product. Nowhere does it indicate that the farmer is not included. However, there was no farmer in the box. If I could find out where to send my complaint, then I’d be complaining to Amazon, but a complaints facility isn’t obviously available.

The “hay” doesn’t come out of the trailer so can’t be used for anything else, doesn’t come with the farmer, and although it is very well made and durable it’s very expensive for what it is. The trailer is very difficult to re-attach

It’s a sturdy well made toy that will bring many hours of fun and will last a long time.

I just love wooden toys and this tractor has given our little boy hours of fun. Great touch to add teh hay bales. We have the Tidlo animals and people too, so there's endless play value to be had out of this.
