Omron AC Adapter HEM-ADPTW5

Was sent a fake product. Packaging was opened and a Chinese aftermarket charger with no CE rating packed in the omron cover. The best part even the pin didn't match the omron product. Awesome quality check done! Have ordered a replacement, will update once the product arrives.

Model number mentioned in the item list is different from supplied item. It's not made in Vietnam, but by china and doesn't look like original omron product. Though it's working but looks like cheep quality market product.

It's compatible with omron bp monitor I use. I think it's compatible with any 2 mm pin device although the pin size should have been mentioned in the specification.

It worked well for omron.you can but it without any issues.quiet happy with the product.

To save batteries on BP machine this is useful.
