Beautiful
This was actually my final cross stitch, I can longer do them. This picture turned out just like the picture shown. Beautiful thread match and directions. If you pay attention uou will have plenty of thread. But make sure you pay close attention to graph, it is easy to lose your place. The person I made this for loved it.

The best kit
I love love this kit. It took me 8 months to finish, but that's with a lot of rest here and there. Its really fun and frustrating at the same time. Geez on the amount of confetti. But it was so worth it, it is beautiful. I still have half of the floss left and didn't even use the other needle. This is definitely not for a beginner. But if you like a challenge, this is the kit.

Beautiful but difficult
Beautiful but omg so complicated. There are more than 50 colors, color blends, and lines and nothing is in blocks of color, so it's always two stitches here and then counting over to three stitches there. (I've made several counting mistakes.) I've been working pretty diligently (two hours a night?) for five months and I'm a little over halfway done.

It’s Dimensions
This beautiful kit by Dimensions comes with the thread, chart, fabric and needle. Everything you need to get started. The white packaging means it is one of the newer production runs.Dimension kits have a lot of detail. They are not for beginner stitchers.

Fun and challenging
I've been working on this cross stitch for about a week and it's very fun and challenging. The chart is easy to follow and the thread came organized very nicely. My only complaint is that the needles (2 of them) that were included are WAY too sharp. All other kits I've done had needles included that were much more blunt-tipped. After accidentally poking myself and drawing blood more often than I probably should have tolerated, I ended up grabbing a more blunt needle from a previous kit.Other than that, this is a very enjoyable cross stitch to work on! -- Heather

Beautifull kit
I've received this kit in a perfect condition. It is in a white case as fare as Dimensions has changes the design of their kit's covers. Frankly speaking I liked the old black cover better. But it doesn't influence of the kit itself. It is of the best quality, bright and happy colors, nice chart. Dimensions is the best :)

LOVE IT!!
Instructions are clear and easy to read, plenty of embroidery thread is provided. Beautiful very bright vivid colors and gold metallic strands. I wouldn't recommend this to beginners because it is a larger project, and has alot of "confetti" (many colors in a small area). The fabric provided is very good quality and is a very light blue. A standard cross stitch needle is provided along with one for back stitching. Project is for the most part full coverage and consists of full and half stitchs.

Beautiful but need some preparation before I can start...
The sewing kit arrived right on time. I was super excited to do my very first Dimond Gold Cross Stitch Kit. However upon looking at the cross stitch pattern sheets, even though it was divided into two large 11 x 17 paper, I knew that the symbols were too small and I would probably as my daughter puts it "go blind but the time I finished the sewing". I also noticed that the embroidery threads were glued onto a board, and it would be impossible to put the threads back onto the board once I used it (resulting in lost threads). So to solve my problem, I enlarged the pattern sheets into four 11x17 papers. I can now easily see the symbols and mark the finished section without ruining the original pattern sheets. I also enlarged the thread key to 11x17, laminated it and cut it into strips leaving enough space on the left side to punch holes where I can place my threads. It took a long time to sort the threads & put it through the plastic holes, but I am finally done.... After all the preparation, now I can finally start on the project. I am sure it will be beautiful when done.Update: After a month, I am almost halfway done and this is what I had learned. Start from the center and work your way out. Try not to skip too many stitches. This will result in error and waste of time and threads. Always try to finish a section before you start a new section. This way, you will not only be able to see your completed work, but also able to catch any error early. And yes, always make sure you cross your "x" the same direction. I am very happy with the outcome so far. It is very pretty. Can't wait until the whole thing is done.
