Fascinating Story
Great book to read, Niki is F1 legend, his life is very interesting and this book covered everything. I recommend this book to every F1 enthusiast.

Disappointing book of an impressive man
Read this following his recent death. I was disappointed. Its not an easy read and jumps all over the place. I don't think it does the man or his achievements justice and it does not cover his later life and role in management or Merc F1.

Brilliant read.
O've been a fan of F1 for many years, 1976 being one of the best years for me. The battle between Niki and James kept me glued to the action. The terrible accident that befell Niki Lauda, not only showed the comradery between drivers, but the determination of Lauda himself to not only survive, but to get back behind the wheel.

A tale of courage.
A good read, written by one of the all time GP drivers, but towards the end of the book I was a little disappointed, as the story seemed to skim over, or even ignore, some fairly important details.
