Worth it!
I started looking into milk thistle because of its various health benefit and one clear difference I saw after day 1 was my milk production! This benefit was not even on my radar, but it was pleasantly surprise! However it does taste REALLY BAD😅 it is worth it but definitely take it like a shot!

A totally trustworthy company with high quality tinctures for whatever ails you!
I have purchased Herb Pharm tinctures for years upon years. Their high quality herbal tinctures do exactly what they're supposed to and our entire family trusts this brand.Do your own research. Check out their website on which they state, "There are no shortcuts when it comes to the purity and safety of our products. Period. You can shop our herbal products with the peace of mind that you are supporting the planet while getting quality 100% of the time." Organic herbs that heal, boost your immune system, create a healthier body in children and adults alike! In the simplest of terms, these organic herbs are soaked in alcohol or glycerin to extract the healing component. Thus tinctures are born! A little goes a long way. This particular tincture contains milk thistle, which lowers high liver enzymes and regulates liver function. Does it taste bad? Well.... let's say it's something you get used to after years of use. We take them straight. You could put a few drops into water or juice as well. The glycerine tinctures taste less harsh.Again, do your herbal research and check out their website and rest easy that you can trust this brand. They have strict standards of quality, so why would you want to put anything else into your body?

Easy to use, taste is good for a Tincture
I've used a lot of different Tinctures over the years and I thought this one was very mild in taste. I did see when added to water it looked like I added smoke to the water, a white looking cloud floating around. I stirred it a little and it was fine. That was what happened when added to room temp or cold water. I like to add tinctures to warm or hot Tea especially when they have Alcohol base. It seems to burn off some of the bad taste associated with the alcohol. I like the alcohol ones better since I think they last longer as for freshness.I will see how this effects me by taking it for the next week everyday and I'll be back to give another review. 4 stars so far, it arrived in good condition, tasted fine, price was good. They should wrap the bottles instead of just throwing 4 glass bottles into one box with a peace of plastic on top. I was surprised they where not broken when I got the first batch.Time will tell as for the effects.
