I love these! They work much better to clear the ear than anything i have tried. The spoon is useless, but the other end is wonderful. I clean it with hot water and they are good for 5-8 uses. I tend to lose them faster.

Very disappointed with this item. The little picks are very small so not easy to use in the best of circumstances, plus the feathered looking tip is hard. I thought it would be soft silicone and good for light cleaning as well as a bit soothing to itchy places, but since it is a hard bulb, it is more likely to scratch the delicate tissue in the ear canal and in my case won't even go in very far. The scoop end might work for cleaning large amounts of wax, but is useless for removing dried flakes or soothing an itch. Plus the wands are pretty much impossible to clean, hence multiples being included, I guess. Too much money for single use items that don't even work very well, if at all. Additionally, the ear oil is essentially olive oil. There are way cheaper ways to get that than this tiny bottle, and it's only intended to moisten the skin of the ear, not lubricate the canal in any way.

Works great

The drops are easy to use, and after one use when I had a doctor appointment, my ears looked "very clean." The rounded end of the cleaner feels great exfoliating my outer ears, and either end will grab wax easily.
