BariWise Protein Soup Mix, Cream of Tomato, 15 Protein, Gluten Free (7ct)

My favorite Bariwise product. I love the creaminess and taste of this soup which is excellent for a quick lunch or snack. Easy way to maintain my weight.

BariWise high protein soup in cream of tomato flavor - I needed to do a liquid diet pre and postop and thought these high protein soups would be perfect at 15 g of protein and only 100 calories per serving but was sorely disappointed. I added exactly 7 oz of hot water and the soup packet to a mug and stirred but it just didn't dissolve or mix properly. The texture was slightly grainy and there was also a weird smell that was not very appetizing. I usually love all types of tomato soup but found these bland, lacking in flavor or seasoning, and frankly rather unpleasant. Would not recommend and will not be re-purchasing.

Love this cream of tomatoe soup. But, sadly, it seems unavailable now. Hope it is a temporary problem.

Bought the cream of tomato. Followed the instructions using boiling water and the powder did not fully dissolve. The flavor is good but. Since the powder did not dissolve texture was not creamy but grainy.

On my liquid diet before my gastric sleeve. One of my biggest struggles is the need for a variety of flavor. I thought the cream of chicken would be good, but this is much better. Trying them all out and will keep in review my personal opinion!

Despite numerous positive reviews, this product is inedible. The contents never dissolved, despite numerous attempts, and the result looked bad, tasted chalky and didn't smell like tomato soup. The product was not out-of-date, so that wasn't the problem.If its tomato soup from a convenient dry mix that you're seeking, and high protein or cost is not an issue, I tested and recommend Bachelors' Tomato & Basil Cup a Soup ($10/4 pkg, 1.48 gm salt, made in UK?, available Amazon), Knorr's Tomato Soup with Croutons ($3/2 pkg, 60 mg salt, made Israel, available local supermarket Int'l section), Knorr's Goracy Kubek Krem Z Pomidorow ($7/5 pkg, 1.4 gm salt, made in Poland, available Amazon) or Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup ($8/4 pkg, 1.2 gm salt, made UK, available Amazon). These 4 products all prepared easily, tasted similar, but availability was an issue. I do not recommend Knorr's Tomato Based Pasta Soup Mix ($0.69/pkg, 3.2 gm salt, made in Mexico, readily available local supermarket). This soup was inedible due to high salt content.

out of all the soups out there this is my favorite. i order this all the time and eat it constantly. if i order too much i am not worried because it will get eaten.I hate that they keep canceling items like this one that I love. 😒
