Q: Are these the “comfort blend” or did they stop making those?

I believe these are the last and only of comfort blend I ordered on Amazon might be the only place to get them now, the stores that say that have it rarely ever have all the sizes.

Q: Is this a miltupack? The picture has three pair, but that's not mentioned in the description.

Yes it is a multi pack, 3 pair, with different colors.

Q: Are this good fit for a guy with big package?

Ive yet to find anything that fits my package

Interesting. No button to choose an appropriate size forces me to move on and select an alternative style and/or brand. I'll help out those who cannot find the size chart: XS 24 - 26 S 28 - 30 M 32 - 34 L 36 - 38 XL 40 - 42 2XL 44 - 46 3XL 48 - 50 4XL 52 - 54 5XL 56 - 58 6XL 60 - 62 However, I don't expect many sales of this particular item without a means to make a size choice .

I have been using Hanes Boxer-Briefs for over 20 years, and the extra long leg ones for over 10 years, but this is the first time I try this design from Hanes and it is great.
