Great for range day
This tripod is well made, stable and provides a good balance between cheaper products and the more expensive carbon systems. it's not too heavy but I don't carry it in the field. The head locks down well enough to hold my Vortex Spotting Scope and Long Shot spotting scope camera without sagging.

I Like This Tripod
The tripod is well made of high quality construction and design. I keep it on the back floorboard of my pickup. To me it's a bit too heavy for lugging iaround hiking the backcountry, but that's me. I have a lighter tripod or a monopod for those times. This is a premium spotting scope/digital camera tripod for the price. Recommend.

Review
Great tri pod. It has great flexibility in all sorts of different heights with its ease of use of leg latches and it has an option to add weights if in windy conditions. It's had a quick attachment to your spotting scope once it's installed on your scope. Would highly recommend this product.

Sturdy but not smooth
Sturdy well made tripod, my only criticism (and this is very important in a tripod) is the head is not easy to always smoothly move when glassing with binoculars or a spotting scope on it

Excellent Tripod
An excellent tripod! I have had several and this one is the best. Lightweight, but sturdy and stable. Great height range and easy adjustment. Swiss-Arca head with included 1/4" stud adapter means I can mount any item I need on it. I bought it to hold a relatively heavy spotting scope, but it also works great on smaller/lighter items. It works like a dream.

Very stable and locks tight
This is a good unit for mounting a spotting scope and didn’t break the bank. It is stable, adjustable and locks down tight. Tad heavier if wanting to back pack it.

Le produit est parfait, fait avec brio le travail pour lequel il est conçu. Seul bémol une personne à déchiré la boite et à réussi à voler le sac de transport inclus avec l'article.

I purchased this for my spotting scope, for birding. it is stabile, reasonably light and easy to use. Simple is better. I am 5’10” and it is the perfect height for my angled scope. I get annoyed with the twist clamp legs so I really appreciate the quick easy deployment of these.

Je vais l'utiliser pour l'ornithologie.

Trip is fine and works with Vortex Spotting Scopes and it has two mounting systems, however, It is very light and seems to be fragile or flimsy. I need to handle it very delicately as I expect it to break with heavy use.
