Works OK but over priced, buy a Mackie, better quality and higher better signal to noise and a much cheaper price. I only bought this because I need a single space rack mounted mixer with at least 6 inputs, this unit was the only one available that I could find.

The Ashley MX206 is a great 1U rack space mixer. I use as a DJ for wedding ceremonies and corporate events requiring more than two but less than six microphones. MX-206 provides high-quality mic inputs to live sound reinforcement, broadcast, recording, or film/video production setup. It provides stereo outputs with up to 84dB of gain for distant mic placements or extremely low-level signals. I can also control the individual volume for the left or right speaker (stereo volume). The signal is so flat that microphones require almost no EQ. The mixer provides Ultralow-noise, studio-grade, discrete mic preamps are accompanied by a switchable 20dB pad, three-position mic gain switch, input level and pan controls on each channel. There also a 48V phantom power switch on the back microphones input to use with condenser mics. It also has an auxiliary input with an individual volume control and a headphones output. It is one of the best 1U rack mixers out there.
