Long and Narrow
Very long and skinny. We bought a small for my 7 year old (4’4” and 60lbs) and they are on the brink of being too long for him. He likes the quality and has had more confidence to be aggressive with them so I believe they provide good protection. The top strap is very short, and feels tight on my tall skinny kiddo, but the middle strap is super long and unable to really be adjusted so it hangs loose on him. I would probably give it three stars if he wasn’t looking so confident with his protection.

I found the shin pads to be very well made. They fit perfect and were essely secured to my shin with minimal movement when sparring.
