Excellent quality cookware!
I originally purchased a set of this cookware that included an 8” nonstick pan. But i damaged the finish so i was seeking a replacement. I hesitated about buying two pans but I got a REALLY good price. They match my set perfectly and the nonstick finish makes cooking and clean up a breeze. Nice weight and excellent quality. Worth every penny!

CUISINART Skillet Set
So far, the pans work great on our new induction stove. Pans are flat and have some heft to them. They hold their heat well. Non-stick feature works perfect. Easy to clean with paper towel. Would buy again.

I've been using these daily, sometimes 2-3 times a day for 2 months now.The Pros:* Nothing sticks. No oil needed to make an omelette* Cleans with paper towel (If you want to. I do clean it with soap and gentle scotch)* Heats and retains heat just like my other (now barely used) tri-ply stainless steel pansCons:* Slight scratches on the coating surface after 2 months - we'll need to see how it holds over time
