SIZE-COLOR-MATERIAL-STYLE
The more I wear this hat the more I like it! SIZE: I used the measuring guide and my head dimension was on the small end of the Large range, so as I expected the fit was slightly large. This was fixed by spraying water all around the inside of the hat around the sweat band area and then drying with a hair blow-dryer. This easily shrunk the band by about 1/4" which was about what I needed. It was still just a tad large so I repeated the treatment with a little extra water on the outside and this took it down another 1/8" and it is perfect and I didn't ruin the hat! COLOR: I purchased the "tobacco". The online pictures were pretty true to color on my iPad. It's a lush brown with a bit of red in it ... Nice! MATERIAL: It's a wool blend. The picture may lead you to believe it is a "starchy/stiff/hard" construction hat. If this is what you're looking for, you may be disappointed. It is a soft, somewhat thin and flexible material but does hold the shape shown and seems to be a pretty quality fabric. The hat comes with a molded plastic holder which I put it on when I'm not wearing it to keep the shape. STYLE; This is my first Trilby style hat and I'm happy with it because I wanted a kind of low key, "clean" style without a flamboyant ribbon band or fake "pheather" stuck in it. Even the Kangol branding is downplayed but nice.

Dressy cowboy hat for city wear..,
Very classy , goes with dress casual jeans and T shirt, or anything deemed appealing to the wearer and passers by!

Need smaller size
Absolutely stunning product beautifully made the company just needs to make them a smaller sizes. Not everybody has a large head.

Very thin and terrible
Do not buy!! It is not made well and very thin. Dose not hold its shape at all. Waste of money!!

Look closely at the measurements. Fits as expected.
Thick materials will definitely keep your head warm. I would suggest using for Spring - Fall - Winter. Not for summertime use. The black version attracts alot of lint.
