DK Help Your Kids with Math, Science, and Language Arts Box Set: Contains Three Step-By-Step Visual Guides

This series is aimed toward children, but I would argue that an adult beginner would benefit significantly too. Very thoroughly thought-out with simple explanations. Lots of color and charts. This bundle is an exceptional value. I particularly like having the case, since they’re not offered in hard cover. Realize that part of the reason for the great price is they’re still the first edition, i.e. later editions are available (but not as a bundle). I also purchased the Music title to make this series complete (for me). Turns out that it’s the best book on music for beginners that I’ve ever seen. I recommend all four titles.

We had checked these books out from our local library and decided to order our own set. These are excellent resources for homeschooling families! Highly recommend!

These three books are GREAT for parents who want to play an active role in their child's education, for students to help reinforce what they learn in class, for students who want to read ahead and for teachers to simplify certain concepts for their students

Great set! We homeschool and these are great for making sure we all understand the concepts when other teaching sources are sometimes unclear.
