Faber Galaxy Pro Plus RO+UV+ MAT,7 Liters, 7 Stage Mineral Water Purifier with Upto 2500 TDS, White (FWP Galaxy PRO Plus WH)

Got this water filter back in April 2023 to fix my borewell water issues. The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels were, hanging around 350 to 375 after hooking up this filter, it dropped to 46.Another impressive thing is the water taste it offers. It transforms the taste without requiring any alkaline or water tasteners. The water taste resembles the ones you get from local branded bottled water, not the known brands like Bisleri or Kinley that contain taste enhancers, if I'm not mistaken.First service went down after 8 months.(as per Faber it should be done in 6 months but I delayed it as TDS level were same) The technician checked the TDS and suggested changing only the sediment filter (the external one), cost me Rs. 520.Gonna get another service before the first year ends.One thing to note, though - it's not silent. When in use, there's a little noise, but it's bearable for the results it gives.Overall, it did a good job dropping those TDS levels. Just gotta keep an eye on it and stay consistent with the check-ups.Pros:Big drop in TDS levels initially (from 350-375 to 46).Fair cost for external filter replacement (Rs. 520). I am not sure about the price in the marketScheduled services available.Cons:Audible noise when it replenish the water tank.Recommendation:Go for it, but remember to keep up with the regular maintenance for good water quality. Noise-wise, it's a bit audible, but considering the results, it's manageable.if you are getting loud noise check if the power connector on the filter side is connected properly and try rotating the connector

First it delivered very fast thanks to amazon and second this company provide good service at your doorstep some leakege issue I find but installation guy smartly solve the problem easy to use reasonable price I think it is better than other expensive brand like livpure and kent they charge to much money and there service is bad and product not worth your penny. Choose underrated product because it requires some better customers☺😊🙂

Highly disappointed with this product, When I order 1st time the accessories were missing which worth 2K, after 3 days got back with the proper accessories, but the installation guy said that they have given but the part is not in working condition but thanks to that installation person he replaced the part and didn't charge anything, but after installation 4 days again the leakage is started. One of my flat neighbor would like to purchase the same product I suggested him to dont fo with online purchase and specially FABER, I have called to Customer care and the team said they will send a technician but 2 days its been not one is came for the service one of the worst experience I had. I will suggest people don't go for this prodcut. Also water wastage is more.

I was looking for RO comes wirh UV & MAT, I have gone with Faber Galaxy Pro Plus..I Orderd this on 2nd April 2021 was installed by on 4th April By Faber Technician called Ahtisham. He was very co-operative.Easy installation with no cost.Although i am writing this review after a week. So far so good.A low budget best purifier made by faber. Go for it.

Purchased this Ro last year. Very good built in quality and very easy to use. Faber’s customer care called within an hour of my purchase and arranged the installation. Value for money

This RO gives great taste healthy water and easy to install. This RO have better technology and services. I am very Happy to buy this after checking many other brands RO.
