Diskpro, 14.5 inch Traffic Baton Light, 18 Blue LED with two flashing modes, plus one White LED on tip, using 3 AA-size batteries

I purchased this Blue LED Traffic Safety Wand Flashlight for a large event my company helped put together at a convention center this past May, where we needed something bright to direct a large number of people. I was very happy with it, but I needed the wands in two other colors that I didn't see available on Amazon. I left my glowing review (haha, see what I did there?) of the seller under his profile, but just want to mention that I really appreciated the level of customer service he provided me with for the products I needed.This is a review of the Blue LED Safety Wand, but also applies to the red, amber, and green-colored ones, so I copied this review and posted it for those listings as well. These wands are light, bright and highly visible at a distance of at least 260 ft., or approximately the length of a football field, which was how we used them. The baton itself is not too heavy and has a convenient wrist strap attached.I ordered several of each color of safety wand that the seller custom-made for me, and I and my boss were very happy with their quality and appearance. We plan to use them again next year, and I have no doubt they will shine just as brightly then as they did for us this year. I definitely recommend them!

Great item. It has the weight of a pencil and the effectiveness of a light saber, minus the cutting ability. :) Steady on (which is what I use) can be seen by oncoming drivers at night and for those who like to jazz up their traffic direction or if they nerd the attention of heavy traffic, the steady flashing mode adds an extra touch of visibility.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I dug this out of the waste bin in my office and checked the contacts in the battery container which I didn't closely examine the first time. There was a considerable tarnish on two of the three contacts, After cleaning the contacts with white vinegar using a q-tip, the unit is functioning fine. In all fairness, I will move the review rating back up into the good to the excellent star level. If it holds up, I'll give it 5 satrs for function as well as value. I'm glad I checked on this issue again. Perhaps every year or so, it's good to not only check the batteries for life... but the contacts as well. ;-)ORIGINAL (RANT); LOL! I purchased this a little over a year ago. Kept fresh batteries in it. When I needed to use it the other last night it was dead. Replaced batteries today and it still didn't work. Tested the batteries to make sure they were hot and they were. The unit was not damaged or abused in any way. Throwing this in the trash where it belongs. Disappointed! I don't like leaving negative reviews, but it is what it is. Waste of money.

I use this on an extra job to direct traffic when it gets dark. It works great and is very bright. I went ahead and gave it 5 stars in durability because there were no cosmetic issues with the baton...but it's plastic and if it hits concrete it may loose. I do wish the grip was longer. Almost a "child" size. Still a nice product!

Light weight and very bright as tested when received. If used for traffic control, you will not be disappointed. Hae looked at many types, but this one was right choice. Have not used on duty yet, but should do fine.

I was very impressed with this traffic wand, as I call it. It is a very bright light stick. It can be a a flashlight, a solid blue wand and a long bright flashing stick, ideal for directing traffic. I am very happy with the product and seller!

Seems to be bright enough at night. Works well. Would buy again.

I appreciate the quick and timely delivery of the above product.A slight disappointment, however, is I thought it would be bluer in color than advertised. As long as it serves it purpose I have no real complaints at this point.
