Pepetools newest Professional Plating System With Coil Heater has been specifically developed for the Jewelry Industry and Plating Professionals. PepeTools state of the art Intelligent Plating System is designed based on transform-less PC Architecture with an integral intuitive and easily configurable programming. A user can input pre-programmed parameters such as current limit, plate time, plate delay, plate reverse, (Heater Temperature on the IPS-PRO system) and more, etc. Programmed plate time works wonders for electro-forming for those long baths when you don't want to over plate your part but don't have the time to sit and watch it. You can also restart the timer or run a new program after one program ends with sequential programming, the unit can hold up to 5 individual and unique programs. Pepetools first introduced their plating equipment nearly 20 years ago. This newest version, the "IPS" Intelligent Plating System, is available in 10amp/12volt; 18amp/18volt and 25amp/12volt. Each amperage/voltage configuration is available with a full Digital Display, One Button Reverse Polarity; Dual Voltage 110/220V and Auto Short Protection. The IPS-Plus line includes Fully Programmable Plating Voltage and Amperage; Time to plate is from 1 second to 9 hours and 59 minutes; Reverse Polarity Time; Integrated Amp Hour Counter; Storage space for 5 of your individual programs.
