I have a history of plantar fasciitis and usually stretching takes care of it until heel pain set in a year or so ago. I purchased new shoes, sandals and slippers in the hopes of relief. The sandals made a difference, but slippers and shoes for the cooler months were not so comfortable, even those advertised as being made for folks with plantar fasciitis. I found T-75 insert reviews on Amazon and couldn't believe what I was reading, that folks felt immediate or significant relief in a brief period of time. My experience after receiving my new pair of T-75 inserts earlier this week was the same. My feet felt immediate relief. Some pain still exists, but I'm able to walk more like myself and without the stabbing pain in my heels. SO happy! I'll be purchasing another pair of size 8.5-9 inserts (my slightly wide foot size is 9). They fit perfectly.

First few days my feet were sore. This is expected. The first couple days I felt like the insole was in a wrong position or I felt it wasn’t staying near my heel. They were, it was just the pressure of the new support on my feet. After the third day the soreness went away. The insoles definitely stay where they need to be. My feet feel great so far! PLEASE READ THE BREAK IN AND FOLLOW IT PRIOR TO JUDGING THE PERFORMANCE OF INSOLE. I tried these out after my chiropractor recommended I get insoles to help with my recovery and maintain. So far I am very pleased, great quality, I’m able to transfer this model between my work shoes and regular everyday shoes. I will be buying these for my family members!

This product is amazing! My husband was diagnosed with a pulled tendon in his ankle amd was given a small boot type brace to wear. The brace helped a bit but not a lot and he was still limping and in a lot of pain. Back to the doctor, the tendon was now ruptured. I saw an ad on Facebook for this product and decided to check it out and buy through Amazon. It has worked wonders! He has no more pain and can walk again without limping whilst using this product. He can change it to any shoe he likes - even his sandals. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is suffering; it really works!

These have made my feet feel fantastic again. I am not the lightest man but these inserts have been great so far. I have tried about a dozen different inserts and at my weight these have been a life saver. My cons If they slide up the plastic frame hurts your foot while walking. Other than that they are well built

I have 3 different styles of Protalus Insole, with different ones for heels, tennis shoes, etc. I wanted these to wear with a loafer, but they are a little bit high on the one side. My fort sits too far out of the shoe. I’m keeping them because I love the Protalus fit and different shoes need different insoles. I will just order the ET now and keep these for another pair that can accommodate the height. I’ve been wearing these for 6 or 7 years, in all of my shoes.. I can’t say enough good about their pain relief for plantar fasciitis and arthritis pain relief in a n old ankle/foot injury.

I had instant heel relief. Def a great add to my shoes for every day walking- even dancing a bit if wearing tennis. I feel a difference when I wear these like my heels getting a little snuggle hug as I walk. I don’t wake up with as much pain the next day too!

I'd been doctoring for plantar fasciitis and neuropathy for 3 months. We tried medications exercises and therapy. They gave me a new orothotic that cost $300 but only made it worse. Anyway, I saw this ad on Facebook and decided to try it. Within 24 hrs of putting the inserts in my shoes, I could tell the difference. It has been a month now and my feet continue to get better.
