Doesn’t work, looks good and is larger than I expected but just doesn’t work at all.

Bought for a gift but not soapy

Cannot understand how this works, the recipient thought it was a practical joke

bought as a present,they said it worked and was amazing

I really wanted this to work but sadly it didn’t.
